Line manager assignment is inactive after a transfer

Hello experts,

We are experiencing issues with assignments following a local and global transfer transaction.
The line manager has an inactive assignment status due to the creation of the new assignment. Why doesn't the new assignment appear in his directs profile? What can we do to update the assignment and make it active with the new one (E11373-2)?

I run the schedule process "Run Reassign Pending Approvals for Terminations and Correct Invalid Supervisor Assignments Process" and the ESS job returns this error Skip : Direct Report (Person Number=<73701>, Assignment Number=<E73701>) - Current Manager (Person Number=<11373>, Assignment Number=<E11373>), Reason: Direct report assignment manager is not updated as position synchronization is enabled.
