    REST API to Send or create Custom notification to the user

    Summary:

    As HCM REST APIs are not sending transactions like DOR, Personal Information change etc. for approval (Except Absence REST API) , we need to send by creating custom notification to the user. Is there any REST API to send or create a custom notification? Ideally it should trigger email as well as notification in Oracle.
