Error while accessing vbcs page from Oracle fusion

Summary:

Getting the error when we try to access the vbcs page from Oracle Fusion using a user who doesn't have access to configuration menu in Fusion. If we log into Oracle fusion with same user that was used to login to vbcs instance to develop the pages, we can access the vbcs pages.

It looks like the webpage at https://******.developer.ocp.oraclecloud.com/***/preview/webApps/createaccount;appname=ZoomInfoCreateAccount;/ might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
