Dispute Approval Error

HI

I had created a dispute for AR invoice and made it delinquent, Raise dispute and triggered for Approval. After the dispute raising, I am receiving the notification as Error in Credit Memo Request Approval with below error massage.

The rules defined under rule set didn't return any results. (FUN-720336)
Cause Probable causes include a participant doesn't have any active rules, no matching rule exists, the rule definition is incorrect, or none of the rules evaluates to true.
Action Correct the rule definitions under the rule set.

I have also run Workflow Rule report, it says-Screen print of report attached
