Load Attachments to individual Departments in HCM via HDL/RestAPI

Hi,

We are tying to load attachments via HDL/Rest API to the Department Page but we do not find the attachments field in the dat file. I am aware this is not possible to do on the Jobs page according to this question:

For it I created this idea:

However, we are now trying to understand if this is not possible for department either, as our customer has the requirement to load logos as attachments for every department.
