Fusion Tax localisations

Hello,

Could someone please clarify whether we need to deploy any country-specific localisation patches in Oracle Fusion to fulfil tax requirements specific to countries like Argentina, Brazil, India, etc.? Or can these requirements should be met using standard, out-of-the-box tax configurations itself?
