How to Stop complete Sales Order to not get transmitted to WMS if even Single Line fails Reservation

We have a requirement, if even a single line fails reservation, the sales order should not get transmitted to WMS.

We have the Shipping Parameter "Reservation Behavior for Integration to External Systems" set to "Fully Reserved Lines"

However, this will only stop the line to be Interfaced which fails reservation.

Kindly do let me know if any other details are needed from my end.
