How to default the columns on PO line for all users in Purchasing> PO module?

Can we establish a default column in PO lines for all users, so they won’t need to configure it themselves? This setting should be maintained for all users automatically.

For example, the columns displayed in the screenshot below should be set as the default for all users when they first log in to Oracle Cloud > Purchasing.
