Unauthorized error after adding vbcs instance to the environment in VBS

Summary:

We have developed few custom pages in the visual application of Oracle Fusion. When I tried to add the vbcs instance to the environment, the vbcs instance is shown as unauthorized. I selected the vbcs instance from the existing idcs domain.
