Any current options to view an essbase outline files easily?

It's a shot in the dark but I'll ask anyway. Every now and then I run across a situation where there is a discrepancy between the cloud planning dimension editor ( with the database refreshed) and the underlining Essbase outline. I could confirm this in the past by opening the cloud planning outline in EAS on-prem. I had been using an On-prem epm stack based on an Oracle OBIEE VirtualBox vm that unfortunately is no longer available.

Question: Is there any other published VM's available or some other method to easily install the EAS client tool?
