HDL for talent profiles

Summary:

My Client is looking to enable Dynamic Skills. But currently we are not using Job profiles. And using person profiles but not using skills section into it.

After enable dynamic skills we want to give option for employees to edit or add skills to there profiles.

We are looking for option to upload skills to all the employees (i.e to the person profile/talent profile)

Looking for HDL to do this upload in bulk. Has anyone done this before for there clients?

Please share HDL is available or the format it should be to load skills.
