Auto-Approval not happening in Promote Transaction
Summary:
We have Configured an ACR that will allow specific role to perform backdated and when we promote it worked as expected in when and why section and when i submit the transaction the below status appears after long time and finally it will Fail. Please suggest what may the solution.
Approval is configured correctly as it bypass as Auto approve transaction.
ACR has been working as expected.
