Changing "Incoming Chat" Agent Alert

We have been using chat for a couple of months now, and are starting to get some good feedback from our agents.  The biggest issue which they would like addressed is the size of the "Incoming Chat" alert window (internal RN pop-up notification which allows the agent to [Accept/Decline] chat request).

Is there currently a way which would allow me to increase the size of the notification?  Any change would help, but I have heard a couple of requests for a full-screen notification.
