EPBCS Dashbaord 2.0 unselect Auto Refresh does not stop auto refreshing

Hi,

We have a dashboard 2.0 dashboard, and we are trying to stop it from automatically refresh after changing a global pov selection.

1, We have unchecked the Auto Refresh option, but the dashboard still refreshes after changing a global pov value.

2, We also wanted to configure the dashboard so that it will never auto refresh. We unchecked the Auto Refresh option and then saved the Dashbaord, but the next time we open it, it still auto refreshes.

How can we disable auto refresh? Thanks
