Exceptionally high time observed in importing projects through FBDI

We have around 1.2 million projects to be migrated from EBS R12 to Fusion PPM. During the load we are observing exceptionally high time in importing projects through FBDI.

Need inputs/suggestions/advice on how to handle same.
