While creating dynamic tag for serial item facing issue

Summary:

I have created a physical count specific for a subinventory which have serial enabled items. The serial number are kept unique across the organization.

Scenario 1. Creating a dynamic tag for an item with a serial number which is already present in another Inventory Organization and while doing the counting physically the item with the serial number is found in the present organization. And the testing output is the system is not allowing it to create the dynamic tag.

Scenario 2. Creating a dynamic tag for an item which is already present in another subinventory but within the organization, and system is allowing to create the dynamic tag.
