Help Desk Categories not bound to Business Units
Our initial configuration is not using the Multiple Business Units.
However, our PPM will be needing to have the Multiple BU enabled, which will affect all our current configuration.
Is there a way for Help Desk configurations like the Categories, Assignment Rules, and Milestones to not be related to any BU at all?
