Customer Name details is not available to create Supporting Reference under RMCS

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We would like to utilize the Supporting Reference as the clients wants to determine overall profitability and we would like to create a supporting reference under revenue management (RMCS) using the customer name as source. but when we search the option available in RMCS we did not find any field available with customer name. Also if we create DFF on RMCS contract, the DFF information is also not available as supporting reference source.

This is unusual behavior
