Hide additional assignment on employment info page

Currently we have an SR open where when a user clicks additional assignment info on the redwood employment info page it isnt opening the responsive page we have configured and the page just blanks out

can we somehow hide this action from this page(without hiding the quick action that goes with it? AS this works as expected when you navigate to it directly)
