How to resolve missing icons in Base Guides and Use Case content

Summary:

An issue has been identified in which certain guides from the Base Guides and Use Cases libraries are displaying with missing icons that are contained within the guides. The OGL product team is aware of this issue and are working on a fix to resolve this issue. In the meantime, OGL administrators/developers may need to take immediate action to fix these missing icons. Please see below for more details.

Who is affected?

Customers who have imported and deployed content from the Base Guides and/or Use Cases libraries that contain icon graphics, such as those show below, may be experiencing missing icons within their OGL content.
