Sync user accounts from SaaS ERP application in one tenancy (A)to EPM IDCS in another tenancy (B)

We are currently creating the users manually in Tenancy B (EPM IDCS) which syncs the users to all EPM pods.

Is there a way to create/sync users from SaaS Fusion ERP application (where all the users are created and managed) in Tenancy A to EPM IDCS in another tenancy B without manually creating them.

Any thoughts or suggestions highly appreciated!
