secondary ledger not following any accounting standards

Summary:

We are implementing for a customer which has operations in multiple countries. Globally they follow IFRS16 for all the countries. Hence while setting up the system options for lease accounting, we have set up the primary ledger with the accounting standards as IFRS16. In certain countries, locally they do not need to comply with IFRS16 and treats all leases as non finance lease. They would only record the lease expenses and are not required to record the ROU, lease liability etc.

In the system options, we do not have an option to specify exempt in the secondary accounting standards.
