DFF field should autopopulate based on the other field(actual field from UI)

Summary:

We have created a DFF field in Invoice header page under additional information tab. The business requirement is , we need to populate the list of values for the DFF field(Requestor Manager) that was under addiotional information tab based on the actual field (Requestor) that was under the invoice header page general tab. Could you please let us know if is it feasible to populate the dff field based on the actual field and both are in different tabs .

Example: Suppose if we provide the value for actual field(Requestor) under general tab then the dff field(Requestor Manager) should auto-populate that requestors Manager name from the list of values.
