How can I give managers easy access to BI and OTBI reports that are already written?

We have a number of BI reports and OTBI analyses already created that would be useful to our managers. However, it is a daunting task for managers to navigate into the reporting folder structure to find and run reports. We would prefer that they have some sort of dashboard with all the reports. Most of our BI reports have specialized filter prompts that don't correspond to OTBI fields directly so it seems a simple dashboard is not feasible.

What is the best way for managers to get access to reports without using the reporting file structure?
