Create a Custom Work Order status

We are creating a Custom Work Order status .

Can we add a new value in list of values in system status. We can see this values are coming from Lookup 'ORA_WIE_WO_SYSTEM_STATUS' and seems not available for updating.

Also is there any issue when we associate a new status to existing system status.. (Multiple Work Order status with single system status)
