How to replicate an application view setting for all users?

Hi all, I have a question about the possibility of replicating the display of applications on the home page for all users. We would like to hide all the applications available in the "My team" tab and leave only "Team activity center" visible, so that users can access all the other applications through one single app. However, to hide the applications we cannot use structure tool because, if we hide the applications with structure, they are not visible in the team activity center.

We would like to try clicking on the + symbol from the home page in the "My team" tab.
