Query on collection notes

Hi Team,

While adding notes in collections dashboard under notes field, and when click on save and close and after submitting the page, the notes is not existing. Tried in other way as well under Manage Billing → queried for the respective customer and clicked on the icon above organization name and added the notes form there as well but after saving the page and when re-open the notes is not existing . May I know the reason behind this and please help us out with a solution.
