logo in Purchase order email body template is not included in the email body

Hi All ,

Greetings of the day!

we have customized the RTF template for Purchase Order email body template. We have included the Company logo in the custom Template.However, the report email body is being generated without the logo. I have verified that the same report works correctly when using the scheduled functionality.

The issue occurs when I click the submit button on the PO screen; the logo is not included in the generated email body.

Could you please help identify the reason for this issue?
