Data form security - Read only access still gives write access (EPM Planning)

We have recently discovered that data form security in Oracle EPM Planning is not behaving as it should be. We have a lot of data forms, where some user groups are only provisioned with read access. This has always been working fine, but a few day a go, by coincident, we discovered that users from these groups that should only have read access, had now write access. We have tested both from SmartView and on the web. We have tried to remove and add provisioning again, but nothing is solving the issue. We have now gone trough the monthly
