Moving Buy Shipment to another Order Release

Need to move existing shipment to another planned order release

Suppose I have 2 OR (X&Y) Each have 2 Shipments with 2 stops

Shipment 1 from OR X has 2 stops (A&B)

Shipment 1 from OR Y has 2 stops (A&C)

The Case is during executing shipment 1 from OR X, the driver had to change its destination location to be stop C instead of B, I managed to change the drop off stop from this shipment but need to remove it from OR X and move it to OR Y with the same shipment ID and Driver ID.
