What would cause the same data to be bursted across multiple days?

Summary:

We have quite a few Bursting notifications but one of them bursts the same data across two different days. This Notification is a generic email and an excel attachment. The content of the excel is what should be different each day, and has worked without issue previously.

We only have one job scheduled and the job is scheduled to run at 9pm AEST which is the same as SYSDATE (UTC).
