How to restrict the creator from seeing some fields in DOR DFF by EL

Hi,
We have created a document type of "GLB_EXIT_INTERVIEW_REPORT" and created some DFFs for this DOR.
Among the DFFs, there are some fields that we don't want the creators to view when they are creating/viewing the already created DOR, but we cannot achieve this by EL. Is there any way to achieve this?
