24B SCM Personalization Helper Tool

Hi Team,

I have used the 24B SCM Customization Helper tool and it has pointed out a few areas that are customized. However, I cannot tell what screens the highlighted customizations belong to. For example where it says "Self Service Procurement Item infomration.jsff.xml" what is the corresponding UI for this? Within this section where it says "newSupplierCheckbox (Select Boolean Checkbox)" what screen does this belong to and what region is it referring to on that screen?

Please could you advise what screens these belong to? Also, please could you advise if there is any documentation that would help me identify which customization belongs to which screen in the future?
