Summary: Good morning,

My OCI Autonomous Database is currently in a STOPPED state and will now not restart.

When trying to restart, it takes around 20 minutes and then goes from STARTING state back to STOPPED state.

This started happening in early October, then it did successfully start, but on Saturday past it had gone back to STOPPED and will not restart.
