Problems configuring queue routing

I need to route chats from a specific site to a certain queue in RightNow.

I read the Oracle Service Cloud_Popular Business Rules in Engagement Engine_May 2017 documentation, in the item: Queue Routing Rules, but I don't understand how to add this variable to my page. Could you please give me examples?
