Task Configuration using the BPM - Auto-Approve rules

edited Oct 21, 2024 10:01PM in Human Capital Management 4 comments

What is the way to configure the 'THEN' portion of an approval rule, when using Advanced Mode in the BPM, to require auto-approval? For example, the IF patterns are first setup including the following:

If Task is Task and

Lists is Lists and

Requestor's Role Details is a Requestor's Role Details.

After setting up the IF statements, the 'THEN' statement is required to control where the transaction request routes. I need to know how to achieve auto-approval setup with the dropdown menu provided. A screenshot for reference is included to this question. Does anyone know which option to choose? For example, to add a THEN statement to require the transaction to route for certain approvals, we use a Resource option (from the List Builder dropdown menu) in the THEN field,

Howdy, Stranger!
