I need to create chat route for wcfs
in CX Apps
I have 2 components with 2 distinct rule flows, each one needs to go to a specific queue in RN.
So far I have not been successful in creating these rules in Engagement Settings.
The only way I managed to do this was to add the field in the Queue Form Fields so that the end user could select it, but this is definitely not the right way, there must be some way to set the queue beforehand.
Can someone help me with this?
