Timecard failed to transfer to payroll because it already exists in payroll

Hello I am getting an error for a time card when transferring to payroll. Has anyone else seen this issue and been able to resolve it?

Error: You can't create this timecard for the assignment because it already exists in payroll

Any insights help!
