Sandbox where Supplier can only view the Expiration Date field at Blanket Agreement Line

Summary:

We want to build an Sandbox where Supplier makes the BPA into Edit mode at that time Expiration Date is non editable for supplier, he/she can only view or see the expiration date at BPA Line level but cant edit or update.

e.g. Buyer can Edit the BPA and he/she can edit/update the Expiration date at BPA Line level. But Supplier should be restricted from this update.
