How would I run a DLR and a Calc using REST in a Freeform app

I searched and found both https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/enterprise-performance-management-common/prest/fdmee_run_data_rule.html, and

but both are not working. I keep getting a 404 error when I know the dlr is there.
