How to eliminate weak ciphers from payment file exchange

We have been told by one of the banks that we have to stop using weak ciphers when sending payment files. We have found a list of ciphers supported by Oracle Fusion Cloud ( ) and we have made sure that keys are created using strong ciphers, but we cannot find a way how to control which ciphers are being used during the actual transmission (key exchange, message authentication). How can we make sure that only strong ciphers are used in outbound communication - when we are sending the files?
