At what point of disbursement acknowledgement level we should confirm the payment

Hello

We are implementing the new feature 23D Disbursement acknowledgement for payments.

We have currently provided payment confirmation as "Manually" in PPR setup. And if we implement Disbursement acknowledgement at what level of Acknowledgement (L0, L1, L2 ) we can confirm the payment.

Since there is chance of few rejections in L1 or L2 and if we could have confirmed the payment before we receive acknowledgment, is there any chance of voicing the entire PPR
