Query on Redwood pages - Most of the LM and HRSS pages in Core HR show you the bare minimum fields on the pages which are not sufficient to complete a transaction. For e.g. Job Change, Assignment Change, Transfer, Demotion - All of them show the exact same fields. Job, Business Title, Department, Location.
Most customers would need FT/PT, Reg-Temp, Assignment Category, FTE, Hours etc. fields as well to holistically complete a transaction.
I am guessing Oracle would say, the additional fields are available in the backend on the Redwood pages. They are not enabled by default
