Learning assessment quiz

Summary:

We are looking at created an assessment(quiz) through OLC with the following requirements and are having problems getting it to work. As anyone found away to meet all of these requirements?

• Only 40 mins
• Have a week to take it once assigned
• Learners can only take it one time
• Learners cannot see their score
• The team is notified when the learner has completed the assessment and receive a detailed report (question by question- what the learner answered)
• Some of the questions have images either in the question or in the answers.
• Ideally, the test can be reset, users will have two tires to complete but we would like a record of each attempt.
