CTA Calculation when ExtendAccountScope=False

Summary:

We have several accounts sitting outside the Balance Sheet hierarchy that need to be treated other than as BS accounts, so we have created the ExtendAccountScope substitution variable and set it to False. After doing so, CTA seems to be calculating differently, despite no changes to the member or other features of the application.

The images below show all the data rolling up to the FCCS_Total Equity member. In the first image, we see CTA being calculated in line with historical data. FCCS_Retained Earnings Current translates at the average period rate, and FCCS_Total Equity at the period end rate, as expected.
