Need help with the REST API for all G_3 accounts in Oracle Fusion

We are manually reviewing G3 accounts in Oracle Fusion, which include Oracle accounts, like FUSION_APPS_PRC_BI_APPID and rats_monitoring, as well as our administrative accounts for user reviews for audit purposes. We can find these accounts via a custom report but cannot find these via a REST API. We can locate our regular G1 accounts without any issue but would like to be able to locate these G3 accounts via REST API. Can someone explain how we would do that, please. We have tried various REST APIs with no luck.
