ARCS Transaction Rule Allow Copying of Future Dated Transactions into New Reconciliation

We're trying to enable the ability to use future dates in ARCS transactions.

Currently our rule does not copy anything with the closed date populated.

In the rule configuration screen, you must enter a static date which would create a maintenance and administrative hassle.

Does anyone have a good way to create transaction copying rules in ARCS into new reconciliations that allows for copying future dated transactions, but does not carry over transactions with end dates that are in the past (which doesn't need to be updated frequently)?
