How to update the department organization after a change?

Summary: We've recently had 2 departments in our organization that were previously under another larger department, reorganize to be on their own. Their transactions are still routing to the other department head for approval. The rule is fine, it still needs to work as it is but how do I update Oracle to reflect that their new Org Head is different and to route accordingly?
