    Summary:

    Hi Expert,

    Facing an issue.

    I had tried deleting the cookies/history, restarting the browser, and restarting the computer. I just deleted the cookies/history again today and tried to walk through the pending worker process with a new record (on the Chrome browser), and it still gets stuck in the middle of the process once I click “Next” from the Person Profile page to advance to the Employment Information page. It gives me the same “page unresponsive” error message and then results in the same error code of RESULT_CODE_HUNG.
