Error Message during creation of Web Service

Summary:

I want to create a Web Service, but I get the error message Null Pointer Exception. I have downloaded my log file but could not find any indication of the reason. My guess is that no Content Management Document ID has been created in the Document.

Does anyone have any idea how I could fix this?
